concept and design for an existing pharmacy
service strategy for L´Oréal
L´Oréal created a new section to sell their products in pharmacies: “the active cosmetic strategy” which aim is to design pharmacies more modern, refined, more feminine, offering more experiences. Our concept was to make brands easier to find and understand, organize the pharmacy, creating a clear organization of brands by categories, to start a new dialogue with the costumers to gain their attention and win them over.
After working together with the pharmacists and getting to know their problems, we created a pharmacy with high technological standards, using smart materials and a clean and structured look but still in a welcoming and warm way, always having in mind to promote the active cosmetics of L´Oréal. Our concepts didn´t only impress the german L´Oréal Quarter in Düsseldorf, we are also proud to be the winner of the international “Reload My Pharmacy Jury Award”, after presenting the idea in Lisboa next to teams from France, Taiwan, Italy, Spain and Greece.
